I spent today tending my garden and wanted to share the change of color that is happening. I love this time of year. The crisp air creates the last blossoms of the roses and turns the trees from a deep burgundy red to a crimson apricot. Yes, these are Cercis canadensis ‘forest pansy’.
I am in the process of designing a side yard landscape (see concept sketch), and want to provide my client the same seasonal transformation that I have created in my own garden. Notice the foley of a Garden She Shed in the sketch.
